XS brings its R3D 2.0 night sights to the CZ P-09 Nocturne

CZ P-09 Nocturne owners can now swap the factory sights for XS Sights' R3D 2.0 tritium set. The company announced the fit on October 27, pitching the sights as a faster and more accurate option for self-defense.

Key points

• Layout: A 3-dot notch-and-post set, with a green or orange Glow Dot front sight that has tritium at its center.
• Front sight: The dual-illumination design makes it larger and brighter than the two rear tritium dots, which XS says drives focus to the front sight and the target.
• Rear sight: A wide notch gives more visible indexing, which the company credits for added speed and accuracy.
• Warranty: A limited lifetime warranty on the sights, plus a 12-year illumination warranty on tritium products.

Quick take

This is a fitment announcement from the maker, not a test, and it does not list a price. If you carry a P-09 Nocturne and want a front sight that stands out from the rear dots, XS's site has the details.
