A federal judge on Monday dismissed the Department of Justice’s indictments against former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James, ruling that Lindsey Halligan, the prosecutor who brought the cases, had not been lawfully appointed. U.S. District Judge Cameron Currie dismissed the cases “without prejudice,” allowing for the possibility of the charges being refiled. President Donald Trump signed an executive order Monday directing officials to consider designating certain chapters of the Muslim Brotherhood as foreign terrorists. This would impose broad economic and travel sanctions on the group. The executive order calls for top cabinet officials to submit a report within 30 days on whether or not branches of the Muslim Brotherhood, like those in Lebanon, Egypt, or Jordan, should be designated as Foreign Terrorist Organizations (FTOs) and Specially Designated Global Terrorists (SDGTs). As the fabric is currently produced in Europe, they are gaging interest in the US for an FR material which retains the inherent qualities of the base fabric. PYRAD is a finish which is added to the fabric before it is assembled into a garment but does not significantly affect characteristics like air permeability of comfort of the fabric against the skin.
