Tim Dillon Named CEO of BERSA USA

BERSA USA, a leading innovator in the firearms and shooting sports industry, has named Tim Dillon as its new chief executive officer, bringing decades of leadership experience across the firearms, manufacturing and defense industries to the company.

Dillon joins BERSA USA with more than 40 years of industry experience spanning firearms manufacturing, product development, logistics and international compliance regulations.

In addition to his private-sector leadership, Dillon has extensive experience supporting U.S. government programs. He has served as a mentor and instructor for the U.S. Department of State’s Anti-Terrorism Assistance (ATA) Program and most recently working as a security contractor for an NGO in the middle east. Dillon is also a U.S. Army Veteran.

Previously, Dillon held senior leadership roles including vice president of product development at Christensen Arms, president of Dasan USA, and president and CEO positions at both Noveske Rifleworks and STI International. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly two decades with Brownells Inc., where he served as director of operations.
