Accuracy X pays tribute to the Marine Corps’ M45A1 CQBP with the M45A2 Battle Pistol, a hand-built, double-stack 1911 chambered in .45 ACP. Production is limited to 11 numbered examples, one for each year the M45A1 served from 2012 through 2022. The M45A2 pairs a carbon-composite double-stack grip with a flat dark earth finish and battle-worn patina, while the barrel and controls are blacked out for contrast. Accuracy X equips the pistol with its Tritium Slot front sight and fiber-optic rear, backed by the company’s Multi-Sight system for easy conversion to a red-dot optic. An extended Picatinny rail runs beneath the dust cover, and slide serrations front and rear provide added purchase. A lanyard loop completes the military-inspired treatment.
